For Parents

At Liwa International School Al Qattara, fostering strong and open communication with our parents is a core value. To achieve this, we’ve established a dedicated Parents Committee. This committee actively collaborates to enhance the overall school experience for every student.

In line with our commitment to transparent communication, we maintain an open-door policy. This policy encourages teachers and parents to engage in productive discussions. It’s a channel through which we address concerns, celebrate student achievements, and collectively support the unique needs of each child. We also regularly host parent meetings. These meetings provide a platform for sharing essential information regarding students’ progress, specific needs, and moments of celebration. Informed parents are better equipped to actively participate in their child’s education.

At Liwa International School Al Qattara, we firmly believe that a strong partnership between parents and the school is the cornerstone of an enriching educational experience for our students.

Parents' Council

“What a parent does at home has the greatest impact.”

We are committed to working with parents as partners for their child’s education and engaging with them in many ways. We have therefore created a Parents Council as a means by which we can do this. The PAC is defined as the Parents’ Voice in matters concerning the interests and wellbeing of our children.

The council includes volunteer parents and LISQ staff. The aims and objectives of the PAC are to support school-level decision-making and encourage the involvement of other parents through school community activities, voluntary work, and parents’ open evenings. LISQ is grateful that parents are willing to donate their time and talents in this way.

We take pride in offering transportation services for our students, complete with a dedicated bus assistant. Our transportation services cover areas within Al Ain, and the specific bus coverage zones are determined based on the student needs and guidelines provided by the RTA and ADEK.

Transportation fees start at 3070 AED, ensuring safe and comfortable commuting options for our students. If you have any further questions or need assistance with transportation arrangements, please feel free to reach out.

The school bus service covers the following areas: Asharj, Al Tiwayya, Al Khibeesi, Al Jimi, Al Masoudi, Al Qattara, Hili (Rimilah-Nayfeh – Reef-Hamra), and Fouah.
